At ScrollClamp, we’re committed to creating high-quality, done-for-you screen-free parenting tools. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy under the conditions outlined below. Please review carefully to understand the steps required to request a refund.

To qualify for a refund, you must provide valid proof of usage showing that you actively implemented at least two (2) tools from the bundle in your household.

3. Conditions for Refund Approval
Refunds will only be approved if:

✅ A Non-Usage Agreement is signed and returned upon request
4. Steps to Request a Refund
Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:
1. Submit Your Request:
Email us at support@scrollclamp.com within 10 days of purchase.
Subject Line: “Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Order Number]”
2. Attach Proof of Usage:
Include screenshots, PDFs, or photos showing clear use of at least 2 tools.
3. Sign the Non-Usage Agreement (if approved):
We’ll send you a digital agreement to sign, confirming that:

You will delete all kit files/templates from your device

You will discontinue all use of the tools

You acknowledge that reuse after refund violates our Terms
You must return the signed agreement within 48 hours to receive a refund.
5. Refund Processing
Once your usage proof and signed agreement are approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method.
6. If Your Refund Is Denied
If your refund is denied due to:

Failure to return the Non-Usage Agreement
You’ll receive an email explaining the reason. Refund requests will not be reconsidered, and you will retain access to the materials under our standard terms of purchase.
7. Exclusions & Limitations
Technical Issues:
We do not issue refunds for technical issues unless our team is first contacted and given a chance to resolve the problem during the 10-day window.
Change of Mind:
Refunds will not be granted simply for changing your mind after purchase.
Failure to Provide Proof:
Refunds are denied if acceptable proof of tool usage is not submitted.
